Rick Chana is the Head of M&A and Corporate Development at S&W, where they lead the M&A and inorganic growth strategy for the group. They have successfully executed over 20 deals during their tenure at previous firms, including Evelyn Partners and PwC, where they specialized in mid-market transactions in financial and business services. Rick holds a 1st Class Honours degree in Management from the London School of Economics and has obtained a Corporate Finance Diploma, securing a global prize.
