Vitor Queiroz has been working in the software engineering field since 2014. Vitor began their career as a Software Development Intern at Stewardly. In 2015, they became a Full Stack Developer at CodeMed, where they worked with back-end technologies such as PHP and Laravel Framework, and front-end technologies such as jQuery, Javascript, Blade, and Bootstrap. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Full Stack Developer at LocalLabs, where they developed new features and maintained legacy ones, working with Backend with Rails and frontend with Vue, ERB, jQuery, HTML/CSS, as well as Elastic Search, Docker, Redis and MySQL/Postgres. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Smile.io.

Vitor Queiroz completed a Bacharelado em Sistemas de Informação in Tecnologia da Informação from the Instituto Federal de Ciência e Tecnologia do Maranhão between 2012 and 2017. In 2014, they also completed a Computer Science degree in Tecnologia da Informação from the University of Toronto. Additionally, Vitor has obtained a certification in Shaping up with Angular.js from Code School.
