Raluca Csiki-Serban started their work experience in 2011 as a Tourism Agent at Cross Meridian. Raluca then worked as a Sales Real Estate Agent at Welt Imobiliare for a brief period. In 2012, they joined Bosch Communication Center as a Customer Care Representative before transitioning to Orange Romania as a Customer Care Representative and later as a Customer Care Account Representative. In 2014, Raluca worked at Zonga, where they held the positions of Customer Service Specialist and Partnerships Manager. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Imprezzio Global as a Software Test Engineer. Currently, they are a Software Test Engineer at SMEDIX Inc, starting in 2021.
Raluca Csiki-Serban holds a Master's Degree in Geomatics from BabeÈ™-Bolyai University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Environmental Geography from Babes Bolyai University, from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Raluca also obtained a certification in ISTQB - Foundation Level from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in November 2016.
