Mary Joy Therese Uy, REB, NLP, is currently the Assistant Vice President and Sales Training Head at SMDC. With over 20 years of experience in real estate sales, they previously served as a Sales Director at Alveo Land and as Managing Director at Ultimate Yields Realty. Mary Joy is also the President of Graze & Deli Philippines, a charcuterie and grazing business they founded during the pandemic. They are a passionate advocate for transformational leadership and people development, having established The Joy Project Consultancy to offer coaching and workshops on emotional intelligence and holistic success. Mary Joy holds an MBA from the Ateneo de Manila Graduate School of Business and a degree in Information Management from Ateneo de Naga University.
