Derek Hong Lim Li has nearly 20 years of experience in the fashion industry, excelling in multi-brand and multi-store management with a focus on frontline retailing. Currently, they serve as a Project Manager for the Hong Kong-Canada Business Association, where they expertly plan and execute major events, enhancing relationships with partners and members. They previously held various leadership roles with SMCP, including Sales Supervisor and Keyholder, showcasing their deep knowledge of the brands they represent. Derek has also completed a Diploma in Fashion Art & Business from Humber College and has substantial international experience, having lived in Hong Kong and Canada while traveling to key fashion capitals like Paris and Shanghai.
