Noemi Ann Basi is an experienced professional in customer experience management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Smartsourcing since May 2015, after holding various roles including Project Mobilisation Manager and Head of Customer Experience Manager. Prior to this, Noemi worked at Infocus Multimedia and Business Solutions, Inc. from December 2011 to April 2016, initially as an Executive Secretary and later as Project Implementation Manager. Noemi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Cebu Normal University, obtained in 2011.
