Ignacio Graña Ballén is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, marketing, and business development. Currently serving as the Regional Representative for SmartGuide since April 2022, Ignacio focuses on developing partnerships, new products, and customer relationships. As the Operations Manager and Partner at Waro Tours since October 2014, Ignacio is dedicated to providing personalized tourism experiences in Peru while emphasizing digital innovation and post-COVID strategies. Previous roles include General Manager at PUNTO MKT, overseeing marketing operations, and Commercial and Logistics Manager at Selqha Peru, where Ignacio supported artisans with production and market strategies. Ignacio also held the position of Division Head at Saga Falabella, managing sales channels and personnel. Academically, Ignacio holds a Master's degree in Sociology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Lima.
