Arlene Brown is an experienced data scientist at Smart DCC since May 2021, previously serving as a project manager and sustaining manager at Mavenir Systems from September 2007 to June 2015. Arlene managed significant projects, including a 4G mobile voice calls Proof of Concept deployment and led a team of engineers supporting Tier-1 mobile operators globally, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality certifications. Earlier roles included operations specialist and customer support engineer at Nortel, where software development and customer support were key responsibilities. Arlene holds a Master's degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering with European Studies from the University of Strathclyde, completed in 2003.
