Marius Westhoff is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Smalt, a tech-enabled trade services platform dedicated to empowering blue-collar talent and supporting the clean energy transition in Europe. Previously, Marius served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where they led initiatives in the Education & Workforce Development practice, consistently achieving top performance ratings. Marius also contributed to Learn Capital as a Senior Investment Fellow and held various roles at Bertelsmann, including Corporate Trainee and Associate in Corporate Development. Currently, Marius is pursuing undergraduate studies in International Management at FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management and advanced management education at UC Berkeley.
