René Bergmann is the Head of L&D and HR services at SPP, where they lead initiatives in learning and development. Previously, René held roles at Slovak Telekom as a Project Manager and at VÚB banka as the Head of Learning and Development Sub-Department Team. René has extensive experience in coaching and training, having worked as a Retail Trainer and Senior Training Specialist at Slovenská sporiteľňa. They earned a Master's degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Arts, University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava and also hold degrees in Electrical Engineering and Informatics.
