Nate Isaacson is currently the General Counsel at Sloan, a position held since 2020. Previously, Nate has held various legal roles, including Associate Attorney at Fulbright & Jaworski and McLemore, Reddell, Ardoin & Story PLLC, as well as Assistant General Counsel at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. Nate has a proven track record in providing strategic transactional, regulatory, and litigation risk analysis while leading cross-functional teams to drive corporate success. Nate earned both a JD from Cornell Law School and a Doctor of Law focusing on E.U. Corporate & Securities Law from IE Business School, along with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
