Luisa Rodríguez has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Luisa has worked as a Sourcing Specialist at Sleeman Breweries Ltd. since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Technical Recruitment Consultant at WilsonHCG from 2022 to 2023. Luisa also worked at Avanade as a Technical Recruiter from 2022 to 2023. In 2021, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Fokis Services Inc. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Recruiter at Agence de placement Trésor Inc. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Avianca and Regional Express Americas S.A.S in 2018 and as a Human Resources Intern at PSA Consultores Colombia in 2018. Throughout their career, Luisa has been involved in various aspects of recruitment including conducting interviews, sourcing top talent, and evaluating candidates.

In 2014, they enrolled at Universidad de Los Andes, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology until 2019.
