Mark Starkey is the Managing Partner and CEO of Victory Creative Group, Inc., where they serve prominent clients such as Nike, Google, and Netflix. They previously held roles at Nike, including Consumer Experience Manager and Global Digital Business Lead for Nike Basketball. Mark co-founded TEDxPortland and has contributed as a Board and Strategic Advisor for SLAM, as well as an Angel Investor for Oregon Sports Angels. Mark's earlier experience includes being VP of Business Development at FCV Interactive and holding various roles at MeadWestvaco and LexisNexis. Mark earned a B.Sc. in Organizational Leadership & Development from Wright State University.
