Shweta Shidhore is an Experience Design Leader currently at Slalom, where they oversee a diverse team of Experience Designers, Researchers, and Customer Strategists. They champion design thinking and human-centered practices, while mentoring team members and driving strategic initiatives. Previously, Shweta held various design roles, including freelance positions and internships, where they developed user interfaces and branding systems for multiple clients. They hold a BFA in Applied Art from the University of Mumbai and are pursuing an MFA in Graphic Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
