Leo Liu currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Skyscanner since October 2021 and has been the Chief Technology Officer at Qulv Technology Ltd since June 2015, overseeing the strategic execution of systems for the e-commerce company. Liu's responsibilities include ramping up technology teams, developing product road maps, and leading the design and implementation of customer-facing and internal systems. Previously, Liu held the position of Vice President at 文思海辉 from July 2009 to March 2015, managing the Expedia China Delivery Center with over 400 engineers, and worked as a Delivery Manager at Freeborders overseeing a large delivery team. Liu's earlier experience includes roles at Thai Smart Card as a Project Consultant and at OneEmpower Pte Ltd as a Manager. Liu holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, earned between 1995 and 1998.
