Daniel Michael Alvarado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer and Co-Founder at Skydropx LATAM since June 2017, Daniel focuses on client satisfaction across the Latin American region. Daniel also holds the positions of Co-Founder and Chief Strategic Partnership Officer, as well as COO at SkydropX Inc, a startup that participated in YCombinator S18. Prior to these roles, Daniel worked as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer at INOAC POLYTEC DE MEXICO SA DE CV from January 2015 to June 2017 and as an APQP Engineer at Dana Incorporated from May 2014 to January 2015. Daniel is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Innovation and Business Development at Tecnol贸gico de Monterrey, expected to be completed in June 2025, and holds a degree in Industrial Administration from Universidad Aut贸noma de Nuevo Le贸n, earned in 2016.
