Alex McIntyre is currently the Group Head of Talent Acquisition for Technology, Product, and Data at Sky, where they oversee recruitment efforts resulting in over 2000 hires annually across the UK and European markets. They previously served as a Recruitment Manager at Sky and have extensive experience in talent acquisition gained from roles at companies such as Amazon and Thomson Reuters. Alex began their career as a Legal Executive at Lumley Insurance and has held various positions in legal recruitment, contributing to their expertise in building strong stakeholder relationships and strategic workforce planning. They hold an LLB (Hons) from the University of Wales, Swansea, and a Diploma in Law from The College of Law.
