Rabbi Alyson Solomon is a Courage Coach, Sacred Maker, author, and consultant who has founded a virtual community, thisisRAS.com, dedicated to helping individuals and organizations align their inner and outer worlds. Currently serving as a Rabbi and Executive Coach at the Jewish Learning Collaborative and as a Jewish Educational Consultant at The Osher Marin Jewish Community Center, Alyson applies over a decade of experience in various spiritual leadership roles. Their education includes a Master’s Degree and Rabbinic Ordination from Hebrew College and a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from Occidental College. Previously, Alyson held notable positions including VP at the Jewish Federation Los Angeles and Interim Rabbi at multiple congregations.
