Nataliia Nagirna is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Howly since December 2022, focusing on employee relations and remote team management for a workforce of 300. In this role, Nataliia has been instrumental in optimizing HR lifecycle processes, enhancing onboarding, performance reviews, development, retention, and offboarding initiatives.
