Grace Bryceland has a diverse background that includes experience in baking and engineering. At Nutmeg Cafe from May 2015 to August 2020, Grace served as a Baker and Sales Person, managing product baking, customer training, and online order operations during the COVID-19 pandemic, along with sales at local farmer's markets. In the engineering sector, Grace worked as a Field Engineer I for Skanska on the Portal North Bridge Replacement and previously held the position of Estimating Intern, responsible for cost analysis and communication with subcontractors for substantial bids. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University, completed in 2023.
