Jeff Paruszkiewicz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations strategy and transformation, currently serving as the Director of Shared Services at SiteOne Landscape Supply, LLC. since November 2020. In this role, Jeff is responsible for developing and implementing a multi-year strategy for the shared services center, managing over 120 personnel, and overseeing various operational aspects to enhance customer relations and drive continuous improvement. Prior to SiteOne, Jeff held various leadership positions at PwC from 2011 to 2020, where responsibilities included leading cost reduction projects, advising C-suite executives on transformation programs, and managing teams across multiple sectors. Jeff began a career in the outsourcing lifecycle at Information Services Group from 2006 to 2011, advising clients on governance and financial business cases. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business.
