Francis Gnanamuthu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and project management across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Services (APAC) at SITA, Francis has previously held notable positions such as Head of Service Delivery and Managed Service Operation at Aventra Group, where leadership was demonstrated in aligning IT/Data services with business goals and enhancing customer satisfaction. At Maxis Communications Bhd, Francis led a significant team to successfully manage projects worth RM300 million and drive substantial increases in order bookings. While at TransTel Engineering Pte Ltd, project management expertise facilitated the delivery of projects ahead of schedule and below budget. Additionally, experience includes strategic business unit establishment and P&L management at NEC Corporation of Malaysia Sdn Bhd. Francis holds a Master of Arts in International Business from York St. John University.
