David Mills is a seasoned civil and structural engineering professional with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as Chief Engineer and Section Manager at Sir Robert McAlpine since August 2012, David has progressed through various roles, including site-based engineer. Additionally, David gained valuable design experience during a secondment as a Design Engineer with Atkins from July 2015 to March 2016. David holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Leeds, completed in 2012.
