Hai Yin Chiang is currently the Group Director at the Accountant-General's Department, a position held since 2021. Previously, they served as the Assistant Chief Executive of the Corporate Group at the Singapore Tourism Board from 2024 to 2021, and before that, they were an Audit Supervisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1995 to 1998.
