Michael Yaro is a motivated, results-focused business attorney with extensive experience in business law, having worked both as in-house counsel and outside litigation counsel. Previously, Michael served as General Counsel for multiple companies, including Sinanian Development, Inc., and provided legal support to litigation law firms in Southern California as a Contract Attorney. Michael’s career includes key roles at New Line Cinema, Irwin Naturals, and significant contributions to the construction and pharmacy industries. Michael holds a J.D. from Southwestern Law School and a BA in Philosophy from Arizona State University.
