Prior to this, Clare worked at George Weston Foods as People and Performance Business Partner, focusing on enhancing performance and efficiency in Field Sales. Clare's earlier roles at Simplot Australia include partnering with site leadership on the people strategy and serving as National Recruitment Specialist. Clare's career began at Slade Group, where roles included Operations and Training Manager. Education was completed at Wellington Girls College.
