Phil Perkins is currently the Director of New Business Development in Poultry Sales at Simmons Prepared Foods, where they sell in commodity and industrial divisions. Previously, they held the position of Director of Business Development managing the YUM Brands USA account on the R&D side at Simmons Prepared Foods from 1999 to 2018. Phil also served as the Director of New Business Development for National Accounts Sales at Simmons Foods in 2009. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Missouri State University between 1991 and 1996.
