Mike Thomas has extensive experience in plant operations and construction management, currently serving as the Director of Plant Operations at Silverado Care since November 2016 and as President at MTHL Construction since May 2014. Previously, Mike held the position of Director of Plant Operations at Lincolnwood Place under Seniorlifestyle Corporation from December 2009 to June 2014. Mike obtained a City of Chicago Stationary Engineer License from NIULPE between 2005 and 2006.
