Bakuri Tsiklauri, PhD, is currently the Head of the RAN & CORE Department at Silknet - სილქნეტი. With over ten years of experience in telecommunications, they possess extensive knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G NR technologies, particularly with Ericsson and Huawei systems. Bakuri has a proven track record in problem-solving, analytical management, and decision-making, along with expertise in generating and modifying scripts for configuring RAN and core network nodes. Prior to their role at Silknet, Bakuri held various engineering positions at Geocell - ჯეოსელი from 2011 to 2013, contributing to core network operations and UTRAN operations. They earned their Doctor of Philosophy in Telecommunications Engineering from Georgian Technical University in 2014.
