This includes making high-level financial decisions, ensuring legal compliance, managing major investment projects, and driving growth and innovation to maintain the company's leading position in Georgia's economy. With members such as the Founder and Chairman, CEO, CFO, and other key executives, the team ensures that SRG's investments and operations align with its mission of modernizing Georgia’s infrastructure and reclaiming its pivotal role in global trade.

The Project Management Team at Silk Road Group is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects across the company's key sectors: real estate, telecommunications, energy, and transportation. The team ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. Key members include the Project Manager, who leads the team; the Document Controller, who manages project documentation; the Senior Project Engineer and Senior Project Architect, who provide technical and design expertise; the Procurement Manager, who oversees the acquisition of necessary materials; and the Logistics Coordinator, who ensures efficient distribution and supply chain management.
