Cees Overdijk is currently a Senior Director at Signify Intellectual Property, where they oversee the EnabLED licensing program, significantly expanding its licensee base from 200 to 1300 since 2011. They have also taken on regional responsibilities for the DACH and Eastern and Central European markets since 2021. Prior to their role at Signify, Cees held various positions at Philips Electronics, including Director of IP Licensing and Senior Product Marketing Manager for Digital TV Systems. Cees has a BSc in Aerospace Engineering from HTS Haarlem and an MBA from the University of Twente, and they have lived and worked across three continents, fostering a fascination with cultural differences.
