With over a decade of experience in labor relations, Dan has previously held strategic HR roles at various companies, including Precision Castparts and AllClear Aerospace & Defense. They have a strong background in safety, employee development, and union negotiations, having served as an Infantry Officer in the US Army prior to entering the HR field. Dan holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Chapman University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Norwich University.
