Brandon Munis is a highly experienced Senior Principal Structural Engineer at Sierra Space since June 2021, specializing in structural methods, tools, and processes, and previously served as the TPS Structural Analysis Team Lead. Prior to this role, Brandon held the position of Principal Structural Engineer at Sierra Nevada Corporation and worked for the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) for a decade in various roles, including Principal Structural Engineer, Mechanical Engineer Supervisor, and Project Manager. Earlier career experiences include positions at BAE Systems and NUMMI as a Mechanical Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed mechanical design, system engineering, and project management. Brandon began his career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at BP, focusing on safety tool development. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from San José State University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Occidental College.
