Wei-Lih Tan has extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, with a career spanning over two decades in various roles across multiple companies. Wei-Lih Tan served The Linde Group from June 2012 to July 2015 in several key positions, including Global Strategic Supplier Manager for Linde Electronics, Head of Procurement for APAC Packaged Gas & Clean Hydrogen, and Head of Global Strategic Sourcing for Linde Electronics. Prior experience includes roles as System Engineer at Unico LLC from January 2001 to March 2005, and International Sourcing Manager and International Sourcing Engineer at Briggs & Stratton from July 2008 to June 2012. Currently, Wei-Lih Tan is the Head of Procurement & Logistics for Siemens in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region, starting in August 2022. Wei-Lih Tan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
