Rainer Conzelmann is currently a Principal Key Expert for Gas Turbines at Siemens Energy, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Rainer held various roles at ABB, including Department Manager for Mechanical Integrity and Turbine Program Manager, and led the turbine development office for the Alstom-Rolls Royce joint project. They also served as the Director of Gas Turbine Integration at Alstom from 2011 to 2015, and managed rotor and structures within gas turbine technology at GE Power from 2015 to 2016. Rainer earned a Master’s degree from the University of Stuttgart and has continued their education there.
