Chiara Garattini is a design and research strategist with experience spanning over a decade in UX research and service design, primarily within technology and health sectors. Chiara worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at University College Dublin and held pivotal roles in Public Health England and NHS Digital as a lead user researcher. Currently, Chiara serves as the UX team lead for Smart Infrastructure Building Products at Siemens while also engaging in user-centered design leadership at NHS England. Chiara's academic background includes a PhD in Anthropology from Maynooth University and numerous adjunct teaching positions across various institutions. With a strong commitment to inclusive and equity-focused design, Chiara continues to explore the intersection of human behavior and technology.
