Charlotte Lane is the Senior Operational Excellence Partner at Siemens, where they have held multiple roles, including Operational Excellence Partner and Process Improvement Specialist HR. Prior to this, Charlotte worked at Onsen Hot Pools as a Customer Service Supervisor and at The Rocket Marketing Group in various membership services positions from 2009 to 2011. Charlotte holds a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Applied Psychology with First Class Honours from the University of Brighton, which they completed in 2011.
