With extensive experience as a finance leader in the healthcare industry, they have worked in various roles, including Senior Director and Head of Finance, and Vice President of Finance, overseeing management reporting and financial analysis. Sebastian's background includes significant involvement in large mergers and acquisitions, turnaround and restructuring projects, as well as international management experience across North America and Europe. They hold a Diplom-Kaufmann from the University of Augsburg and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
