With significant experience as a Shift Lead and Site Leader, they currently manage and support a team of Field Service Technicians, focusing on safety, quality, and continuous improvement to ensure successful project completions. Esteban's educational background includes a degree in Aerospace Technology from the Instituto Nacional de Aviación Civil.
