Laura Montanari is a skilled professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and lean management. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager for Sidel since February 2022 and previously as the Plant Continuous Improvement Leader at the Parma Plant, Montanari has a strong background in manufacturing and process optimization. At Wittur Group, Montanari held various roles from December 2016 to January 2022, culminating in the position of Manufacturing, Process & Lean Manager, where responsibilities included metal sheet fabrication production and CNC machinery planning. Montanari also contributed as a Lean Production Expert at the University of Parma, teaching Lean Management in the Faculty of Engineering.
