Detlef Deuil has over two decades of experience in various leadership roles within the technology sector, currently serving as Head of Business Unit at SICK since August 2001. In this position, Detlef Deuil focuses on bridging sensor technology and IT integration. Previous roles at SICK include Head of Strategic Product Management for Vertical Products, overseeing the SICK AppSpace eco-system, and leadership positions in 2D Vision product management, as well as image-based code readers and handheld scanners. Detlef Deuil began a professional career in product management at LEONI Kerpen GmbH from November 1994 to July 2001. Detlef Deuil holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Nachrichtentechnik from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences, completed in 1993.
