Refilwe Given Tinyiko Moyana is currently a Unit Manager Metallurgy at Sibanye-Stillwater, responsible for overseeing production and managing operational personnel. With experience as a Production Superintendent at Lonmin Plc since 2012, they have a track record of implementing systems to ensure safety and cost-effectiveness in production. They previously held a role as a Production Specialist at Lonmin Platinum before advancing to a Senior Process Engineer. Refilwe completed various educational programs, including a Six Sigma Black Belt from Lonmin and a B-Tech in Chemical Engineering from the University of Johannesburg.
