Kent Ridings is the Vice President of Global Field Services at Shyft Global Services, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as the Director of TMS Field Services at Tech Data from 2021 to 2022, where they provided leadership to Field Service teams across North America. From 1986 to 2021, Kent was the Senior Director of Field Engineering & Support at Fujitsu, focusing on delivering service and support programs to technology clients. Kent studied at the University of Oklahoma from 1983 to 1986.
