Virendra Sharma is an accomplished operations leader currently serving as the Head of Operations for the RMC Business at Shree Cement Ltd. since April 2024. With extensive experience in the cement and manufacturing industries, Virendra has held significant positions at UltraTech Cement as Plant Head for the RMC division and previously as Section Head in charge of Utility. Prior roles include Senior Engineer for Utility Maintenance at Jaiprakash Associates Ltd., Senior Executive for Plant Maintenance at Tropilite Foods Pvt Ltd., and Engineer in Utility and Plant Maintenance at both Supreme Industries Ltd. and HOTLINE CPT LIMITED. Virendra holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur, completed in 2000, and has foundational education in mathematics from Higher Secondary School, India.
