Matt Hryhorsky is an accomplished Sr. Staff Product Designer at Shopify since December 2018, specializing in shipping and taxes, and enhancing merchant shipping experiences through innovative UX design. Hryhorsky has held multiple leadership roles within Shopify, leading initiatives such as delivery promise integration. In addition to Shopify, Hryhorsky co-founded The Golf Studio, an automated golf simulator facility. Prior experience includes 12 years as Design Director at Filament Creative Inc., where impactful designs were created for diverse clients, as well as co-founding Merch App, a tool for inventory management for musicians. Hryhorsky has also contributed to the UX community through speaking engagements, workshops, and teaching roles, including curriculum development at General Assembly Canada. Hryhorsky holds a BComm in Information Technology Management from Ryerson University.
