Matthew Hoe is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Regional Logistics at Shopee, a position held since 2022. Previously, Matthew worked at PwC Singapore as an Associate in Consulting from 2014 to 2015, and later at Citi where they advanced from Assistant Manager to Manager in Regional Business Transformation for Consumer Banking between 2017 and 2018. Matthew has also gained experience at Litmus Group as a Senior Consultant and at DSTA as a Simulation & Testing Intern. Educationally, Matthew holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, where they also participated in a student exchange program at Eindhoven University of Technology in 2012.
