David Goy is a Legal Director in the Real Estate Team at Shoosmiths, where expertise includes advising on a variety of non-contentious property matters with an emphasis on strategic land, development, and acquisitions and disposals. Prior to this role, David served as Principal Associate and Associate Solicitor at Irwin Mitchell, having progressed from Real Estate Solicitor to Trainee Solicitor within the firm. David holds an LLB in Law and a LPC from The University of Sheffield.
