Thomas Han is a strategic leader with a strong background in transformation and enterprise strategy. They served as a Senior Program Manager in the Innovation Delivery Team at the City of Chicago and have held multiple director-level roles, including at Blue Cross and Blue Shield and ATI Physical Therapy. Thomas was previously an Executive Director at UChicago Medicine, focusing on strategy implementation and integration. They earned a BA in International Studies and Biology, followed by an MPP in Public Policy from the University of Chicago. Currently, they are the Director of Strategic Finance at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.
