Chanhyeok Jeong, CFA, served as the General Manager of the Consumer Protection Department at Shinhan Bank from 2025 to 2022. Prior to this role, they held various managerial positions at Shinhan Bank, including Senior Manager in the Strategy Planning Department and Manager in Institutional and Retail Banking. Chanhyeok also served as the CEO of Shinhan Bank Mexico from 2022 to 2025 and contributed to Shinhan Financial Group Co., Ltd. as Deputy General Manager in both strategic and HR roles.
