Patrick Harrison is the President and CEO of Twenty First Century Rail Corp., currently serving as the General Manager for the Hudson Bergen Light Rail Transit System. They previously held the position of Chief Engineer and Deputy General Manager at AECOM from 2015 to 2019, and worked as a Senior Program Manager for Railroad Systems at URS Corporation from 1977 to 2013. Prior to their current role, they served as Vice President and Systems Sector Manager at Systra from 2013 to 2015. Patrick is pursuing both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
